Very soon afterward Aaron became a long distance student, flying from K.C. While living in the Kansas City area he placed a call to the VTM wishing to speak with Grand Master Meng. It was at this time that he decided to look for a Wing Chun Sifu who was also well experienced in all areas of martial arts. Later in early 2007 he studied Chen Tai Chi Chuan for a short time under the guidance of Sifu Kathy Voght. It was at this point that Aaron started learning about internal energy and began to develop a strong passion for Qigong training and the internal martial arts systems. In 2006 Aaron studied in the art of Tang Shou Tao Hsing – I Chuan under the guidance of Sifu Dan Albritton. At that time he also began his studies in the art of Filipino Arnis, under Sifu Stevenson who learned his art from W. Sifu Stevenson studied under Sifu Lamar Davis as well as 2 of Bruce Lee’s direct students in Jeet Kune Do – Tim Tackett and Pat Strong. In June of 2004 he started his journey into the Kung Fu world with Jeet Kune Do under the guidance of Sifu Bryan Stevenson in Independence Missouri. He began his journey in the martial arts in 1993 at the age of 13 in Kook Sool Wan in his hometown of Galesburg IL under Master Ed Sanchez. Sifu McKillip consistently taught 6 days a week and continued to train 6 – 7 days a week during his time at Meng's. He consistently competed in all school tournaments in forms and sparring, and helped with the judging process as well. Sifu McKillip was very active within the school teaching both the Youth and Adult classes and participating in all events including school tournaments, fundraisers, and seminars. McKillip was in the Instructors Program (IP) and was very dedicated to his training. During his time at Meng’s Martial Arts/Ving Tsun Museum Mr. McKillip received the Most Dedicated Student Award for the year of 2009 as well as the Martial Artist of the Year Award for 2013. Sifu McKillip is also an International level Instructor having experience in traveling oversees to teach in Seminars. These were the only 2 Instructor Certifications out of the 7 skills that were available for testing during his time at the VTM. * San Da 7 Skills Universe Instructor Certification in 2015. These certifications are:* Wing Chun Chi Sau 7 Skills Universe Instructor Certification on September 21st of 2014 * 1st level Instructor Certification in Hek Ki Boen Eng Chun (May 4th 2012)In addition to this Sifu McKillip earned 2 additional Instructor Certifications in the VTM’s Wing Chun 7 Skills Universe which are supplemental certifications for the Meng’s Martial Arts Shaolin Wing Chun curriculum. * 2nd level Instructor Certification in the Meng’s Martial Arts Shaolin Wing Chun curriculum (April 22nd, 2015) * Chum Kiu level Instructor Certification in the VTM Yip Man Wing Chun Curriculum (November 21st 2014) He has also learned under the guidance of two different disciples of Grand Master Moy Yat. He officially started teaching Wing Chun in 1987.Sifu Aaron McKillip has earned teaching certifications in 3 different lineages of Wing Chun each time earning him the title of Sifu.
SIFU MENG KUNG FU FULL
He resumed full time training under Sifu Moy Yat in New York City in 1985. Benny Meng’s training under Lee Hoi Sang was interrupted after 1½ years of intense study by his return to the United States.
Chan Yiu Min was the son of Chan Wah Shun, the first teacher of Yip Man. Jiu Wan had completed training in the Wing Chun system through Chan Yiu Min in China prior to beginning his training with Yip Man.

He has enjoyed the privilege of studying under several famous Kung Fu Grand Masters from various styles.īeginning in 1981, Benny Meng embarked on an extended study of martial arts that took him to: Hong Kong (1981-Tai Chi Mantis & Ving Tsun) Mainland China (1983-Shaolin Temple and Sichuan Sports University), Korea (1985-Tae Kwon Do with the Korean National Team) and Taiwan (1985-Shaolin, Chi Kung).īenny Meng began his Wing Chun Kung Fu training in Hong Kong in 1982 under the movie star Sifu Lee Hoi Sang, a student of Jiu Wan. Park, former Head Judge at the Kuk Ki Won, the Korean Headquarters for Tae Kwon Do. Additional Tae Kwon Do training included Grand Master K. He began broadening his skills and knowledge with Tae Kwon Do training in 1974 under Grand Master Y.C. He started his martial arts training in Hong Kong (1970-Judo).
Master Meng studied martial arts all over the Orient.
